Fun & Confidence Boosting Activities
The center has enrichment activities including art projects, yoga, surfing lessons, fitness, and other activities aimed at raising self-esteem and empowering the participants to care for themselves.
In the past year, Ubuntu Africa’s children have had the wonderful opportunity to attend World Cup games during the 2010 World Cup in South Africa; visit museums such as the Iziko South African National Gallery and the South African Jewish Museum; take a tour of Robben Island, a UNESCO world Heritage site, and have kayaking and surfing lessons!
